You’ll find your dream location and property here in Mariner Sands. If not another community you might like is Bayview. It’s located in Fisher Island instead of here in Mariner Sands, but it’s worth a look.

While Bayview really does offer a little bit for everyone. It’s hard to overlook how nice the Fisher Island location is. There is a little bit for everyone in Fisher Island with the bonus that Bayview condos is wonderful as well.

Community Features include a play area, gated entry, boating, tennis, clubhouse, golf and exercise area.

The community of Bayview is spectacular, but you’ll also love the city it’s located in, Fisher Island. A sampling of the great features near here: sunny skies, easy access to the beaches, magnificent shopping and great outdoor activities.
